On 5 January, the 75,000 DWT chemical/product tanker No.6 "HAFNIA NANJING" built by Guangzhou Shipyard International for VISTA Shipping was delivered, marked the completion of the 75,000 DWT chemical/product ship series built for Vista Shipping by GSI.
This type of ship is 228.4 meters long, 38 meters wide, 18.3 meters deep, and has a design draft of 11 meters.
This type of tanker is a new type of LR I tanker with shallow draft independently developed by Guangzhou Shipyard International.
Under the same type of depth, draft and fuel consumption, it can achieve 1.6 times increase in deadweight tons and storage capacity, which can bring better economic benefits to shipowners.
It is another outstanding representative product of "Guangzhou Shipyard" series of tankers.
