On October 1, 2020, ZL Offshore, CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Xiamen Branch and Guangzhou Shipyard International, held a signing ceremony in Guangzhou.

The ceremony was carried out in two stages. At first, the three enterprises signed a strategic cooperation agreement, which laid a solid foundation for the three companies to establish a hybrid company. Then, the three enterprises signed a contract worth nearly 300 million yuan for the upgrade and modification semi-submersible barge.

This is the second time that Zheng Li plans to establish a mixed-ownership enterprise with a large central enterprise, following the joint venture of CSSC Huangpu Zheng Li Engineering in 2018, which fully reflects the tremendous achievements of Zheng Li Group in the field of offshore wind power in recent years.

Founded in 1996, ZL Offshore is an offshore engineering enterprise with nearly 30 years of offshore operation experience.

CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Xiamen Branch, founded in 1953, is a large state-owned construction enterprise.

Guangzhou Shipyard International is the first listed company in China with shipbuilding as its main industry. It is an important modern shipbuilding core enterprise in south China under CSSC.
