On July 24, the first 12690TEU container ship "YM TRIUMPH" built by Yangzijiang Shipbuilding for Greek shipowner COSTAMARE was successfully delivered.
COSTAMARE has a total of 5 ships of this project series, which will be built in Yangzi Xinfu and New Yangzi in batches. The contract delivery period is planned to be from the end of June 2020 to the end of May 2021.
After delivery, the new vessels will be subject to Yang Ming Marine's 10-year time charter agreement.
12690TEU container ship is the largest container ship in the history of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group. The total length of the series is 332m, the width is 48.2m, the depth is 27.2m, the design draft is 13m and the structural draft is 16m.
From June 25 to July 1, the first 12690TEU container ship successfully completed the sea trial.
