On May 13, CSSC Chengxi Shipyard successfully delivered 82,000-ton bulk carrier built for Wah Kwong Group.
 
This is the fourth new ship delivered by CSSC Chengxi in 2020. The leaders including the representative of the shipowner, the project supervision and construction team, the representative of BV, and the person in charge of CSSC Chengxi (Yangzhou) attended the ceremony.
 
The No. 41 82,000-ton bulk carrier is the 21st ship built by CSSC Chengxi for Hong Kong Wah Kwong Group. The ship started construction on April 22, 2019, boarded on November 9, launched on December 23, and was tested on April 24, 2020.
 
In 2020, in the face of the sudden COVID-19 outbreak, CSCC resumed production in an orderly manner while strictly carrying out COVID-19 prevention and control measures.
 
On April 24, the ship started its trial voyage. During the trial, all the participants overcame the influence of various adverse factors and successfully completed 48 sea trial outline projects.
