China MSA has recently launched special safety supervision work for ships intending to enter the waters near Zhuhai. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
Implementation time and scope
(1) During the period from December 16 to December 21, 2019, Chinese vessels intending to enter Zhuhai port for navigation, berthing and operation shall be subject to special safety inspection and special information report.
(2) During the period from December 16 to December 21, 2019, Foreign vessels intending to sail, berth or operate in Zhuhai port will be subject to special security inspection and special information report.
(3) During the period from December 16 to December 21, 2019, Chinese ships intending to enter Macau ports from mainland ports will undergo special security inspections and report on specific information; Foreign ships will undergo special security inspections and perform special information report.
