On October 18, 2019, the naming ceremony of the 82,000 DWT bulk carrier "SEACON SHANGHAI", which was financed by CSSC Leasing, and operated by Seacon Shipping Group, contracted by CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard, was held in the Longxue factory of CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard.
Mr. Chen Zekai, general manager of Seacon Shipping Group, Mr. Xiang Huiming, general manager of Huangpu Wenchong Shipyard, Ms. Xia Sujun, deputy secretary of the party committee of Shanghai Ship Research and Design Institute and Mr. Xue Guangkuan, manager of Guangzhou Office of Lloyd's Register (China) attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. The ceremony was attended by guests from China Shipping (Hong Kong) Shipping Leasing co., LTD., Cosco Shipping Bulk, Clarkson, Liberia Flag State and other companies.
