Oct 8th, COSCO SHIPPING has announced impressive financial results for the third quarter of 2024, showing significant growth across key performance indicators compared to the same period in 2023:

EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes): Recorded approximately RMB 544.14 billion, reflecting a 63.72% increase compared to RMB 332.36 billion in Q3 2023.

Net Profit: Achieved RMB 433.40 billion, up 66.67% from RMB 260.04 billion in the same period last year.

Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders: Reached RMB 381.21 billion, a 72.72% increase compared to RMB 220.71 billion in Q3 2023.

Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders (Excluding Non-Recurring Items): Recorded RMB 380.56 billion, marking a 73.12% growth from RMB 219.82 billion in Q3 2023.
