Responsibilities：

1. Visit customers(face to face) to build up/maintain relationship;

2. Manage and grow accounts( including assessment of customers' sales potential);

3. Troubleshoot customer problems in important issues;

5. Comply with the tracking and reporting ,requirements to enable simple and insightful performance tracking as well as account’s financial performance and client satisfaction;

Requirements:

1.University degree and over 5 years of sales experience in ocean carriers.

2.Sound knowledge of shipping industry

3.Proficient skills in written and oral Chinese and English.

5.Self-confidence and appropriate appearance and ability to make clear statements/presentations

6.Negotiation skills, flexibility and winning attitude

7.Strong customer orientation.

销售代表(宁波)

Responsibilities：

1. Full line cargo collection;

2. New customer acquisition;

3. Market information survey and report;

4. Customer maintenance and tracking;

5. Other sales work as instructed by the company.

Requirements:

2. Good at communication.

Customer Service

客服专员eZQuote(上海)

Responsibilities:

1.Handle the query for all eZQuote booking;

2.Communicate with HFA eZQuote team for any issues;

3.Monitor eZQuote booking status;

4.Communicate with other department of eZQuote business;

5.Report urgent issue to manager;

6. Other tasks assigned by managers.

Requirements:

1.College diploma or above.

2.about 2 years’ relevant experience in shipping industry.

3.Proficient skills in written and oral Chinese and English.

4.Good experience in use of relevant IT office applications.

5.Good communication skill with external and internal party.

订舱客服(上海)

Responsibilities:

1.Check and Release the booking within SLA;

2.Provide standard and excellent customer service experience to our clients;

3.Adhere to company requirement and working efficiency and achieve SLA;

4.keep smooth communication with other venders /shipping agent/booking agent/Clients/ other teams;

5.Make extra effort to meet clients' request;

6. Other tasks assigned by managers.

Requirements:

1.College diploma or above.

2.Basic shipping knowledge.

海运单证实习(上海)

工作职责：

1.查看ESI，收取客户及码头的相关文件以及出提单给客户;

2.检查进入系统的所有必要的数据，以便进一步准备相关文件给部门内外的有关各方;

3.开杂费的发票比如客户的改单费和电放费;

4.向国外办事处发送必要信息，以便提交文件;

5.按照要求通过舱单部门更改舱单信息;

6.熟悉港口监管的规则和海关规定;

7.其他需要的职责和任务。

任职资格：

1. 专科及以上，有相关工作经验.

2. 良好的打字技能和微软软件的应用.

3. 良好的英语水平，CET-4.

4. 熟练掌握普通话.

Responsibilities:

1.Marine related documents production, check the bill of lading, telex release, etc;

2.Maintain communication with local agent, solve their problems;

3.Communicate with the center for daily work;

4.Report the issue to supervisor in time;

5.Assist the leader in other work. 

Requirements:

1.Good English in speaking and writing, CET-4.

2.Computer level: Well.

Responsibility:

Requirements:

2. At least 1 years' experience in shipping industry knowedge of hte local policies and regulation.

4. Fluent writing and speaking Chinese and English.

财务助理(上海)

Responsibilities:

1. Process MIRO within one week;

2. Scan and upload attachments to MIRO and match the amount;

3. Vendor reconciliation;

4. Prepare detailed payment list to main vendors;

5. Other tasks assigned by managers.

Requirements:

1. University degree or above.

2. Good command of English and MS office.

3. Good communication skills.
