Evergreen contracts with Zhejiang Sea Port for Green Methanol Fuel Supply xinde marine news 2024-05-22 10:19

On 20th May, Zhejiang Sea Port and Evergreen Marine Corp. signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Green Methanol Fuel Supply to Ships in Ningbo Zhoushan Port.

Lin Wengui, Chief Vice President of Evergreen Marine, said, "As an international shipping company operating global routes, Evergreen is committed to providing customers with green, convenient and efficient logistics services, and we hope that both parties will take this signing as an opportunity to strengthen practical cooperation and make their own contributions to the development of green shipping."

Tao Chengbo, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zhejiang Sea Port and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ningbo Zhoushan Port Co., Ltd, said, "The rapid development of Ningbo Zhoushan Port cannot be separated from the strong support of shipping enterprises. At present, Zhejiang Sea Port is actively promoting the construction of "double first-class", and hopes to deepen cooperation with Evergreen Marine in intermodal transportation, port construction, new energy bunkering and overseas logistics services, and to improve the high-level communication and consultation mechanism, so as to jointly promote the high-quality development of the port and shipping industry."
