On June 8, BOMESC issued a notice on the progress of signing major contracts.
 
In June 2021, BOMESC signed an additional contract with GYGAZ SNC for the construction of offshore LNG modules worth about RMB1.732 billion, which is scheduled to be completed in June 2023 and delivered on a FOB basis at the company's terminals, the announcement said.
 
The additional contract covers the detailed design, processing design, procurement, construction, commissioning and shipping of the offshore LNG plant modules.
 
In July 2019, BOMESC signed a contract with GYGAZ SNC for the construction of modules for the offshore LNG plant with an initial contract value of approximately RMB 4.2 billion.
 
In November 2019, BOMESC signed an additional contract for the module construction of the offshore LNG plant, with an additional contract value of approximately RMB520 million.
