2019 International Ship Management and Technology Forum, co-organized by China Ship owners Association (CSA) and Xinde Marine News, supported by Dalian Maritime University (DMU) and BIMCO, will be held on Dec 4, 2019 in Shanghai.
The future poses many challenges for the shipping industry: The IMO 2020 Sulphur Cap is just around the corner, the decarbonization initiative is already on the agenda, and we still have need to deal with the operational compliance of the ballast water treatment system as well. Digitalization and the development of the new digital business model will revoluntionalise the shipping industry, and cyber risks will more frequently occurred than ever.
