China Shipping bulletins on November 22,2018


1.China has put a new container ship with a capacity of 1,140 standard containers into service on the country's longest river, the Yangtze, as part of an upgrade of vessels on the waterway.
 
2.Cosco Shipping Specialized Carriers announced that the company has ordered five firm plus four options for 62,000d wt multipurpose pulp carriers at Cosco Shipping Heavy Industry (Dalian).

8.MAN Energy Solutions has won the order to supply the engine for a new dredger in southern China.The MAN 9L48/60CR unit will power the newbuilding vessel currently under construction at Dongguan Xiandai Shipbuilding Co.for sister company, Dongguan Rundong Shipping Co., Ltd.,which will produce sand for the local construction industry.
